Brian DuBois was born in Kingston, NY, a small city located in the scenic Hudson Valley Region, where he sets most of his storytelling ideas.  He moved to southern New Jersey during his Sophomore year in high school, but remains closely connected to his “hometown.”   After graduating from the Cherry Hill Public School District in 1988, he went on to earn his BA in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University, then a certification in Secondary Education from Rowan University.  He is currently teaching English and Creative Writing at Delsea High School in Franklinville, NJ.   Brian DuBois lives in Cherry Hill, NJ, with his wife Randi and three children Hannah, Rachel, and Spenser.  When he’s not teaching or writing, DuBois enjoys spending time with his family, reading novels by the likes of Dean Koontz, Stuart Woods, James Patterson, and Robert B. Parker, and exercising at the gym.   As a writer, DuBois creates original, vivid, realistic characters whom he then “strands” in fresh and innovative situations.  His goal is to allow these characters to drive the plot forward while insuring that his readers are constantly kept on the edges of their seats by a world that is violent, sexual, predatory, and ultimately just.
